Essential Baby Blue Roses & Customer Service Experience...

The product was great. Just as described. What really made everything great was the phenomenal customer service that I received from Melanie. These were scheduled to be delivered when my Fiance' & I were out of town. Melanie acted quickly to make sure that the roses were delivered to my Fiance' when we returned home. Melanie went way out of her way to make sure that the flowers came when I needed them to. You won't find better "Forever Roses" or better customer service then you will at Rose Forever New York. 5 stars & completely satisfied!!!

BEST purchase I've made in a while!

I'm so pleased with my roses. I purchased them for my mother for Valentine's Day and she is obsessed with them. The box is so sleek and fits perfectly in her home. Would highly recommend!

Valentine’s Day Surprise

I was pleasantly surprise to receive something so beautiful the smell was great and it looks great in my place. The only disappointment was they forgot the card and no instructions or company card.
