A friend's birthday.

Not sure, have not heard back from friend. This is probably because I paid for 2 day shipping and the flowers did not arrive until 7 days later. I will not be ordering from you again.

Hi Jammie, we are truly sorry to hear about this. Please know that we have a processing time of 24 hours after placing an order and UPS expedite takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive. We were able to check your order and it shows that your package was successfully delivered on November 7th which is between the delivery timeframe. Once again, we are very sorry if the package didn't arrive on your expected delivery date.
