My experience from the order process to communication on the delivery updates to the actual delivery was fantastic. The arrangement itself...stunning and luxurious! I want to order one for myself. First I love anything black and velvet so the box it comes in is gorgeous. The roses are perfection and the scent beautiful. The price for this item (9) count is reasonable.
