SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Rose Forever ships to destinations worldwide. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. Rose Forever periodically offers promotional discounts on shipping; customers are encouraged to subscribe to communications for notice of such offers.
Upon receipt of a confirmed order, Rose Forever will process and fulfill the order within twenty-four (24) hours. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is in a ready-to-ship status, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
Estimated domestic delivery times are two (2) to five (5) business days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery destination. International shipments are estimated to arrive within five (5) to ten (10) business days; however, delivery to certain destinations may require up to four (4) to six (6) weeks due to carrier transit times or customs processing. Rose Forever makes no guarantee as to delivery timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by carrier performance or destination country customs clearance procedures.
Shipping is conducted Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Rose Forever utilizes major national carriers and regional courier partners. Customers will be prompted to select a preferred shipping method at checkout. Tracking information, including carrier and estimated delivery details, will be provided via order confirmation email.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Rose Forever shall not be held responsible or liable for delays in delivery, failure to meet carrier-stated guaranteed delivery windows, or any resulting damages. In the event of a delay, customers are directed to contact the applicable carrier directly using the tracking and contact information provided in their shipment confirmation email. Rose Forever will not issue refunds of shipping charges on the basis of carrier delay.
Delivery Confirmation. In the event that tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout and the customer has not received the package, Rose Forever shall not be held liable. Customers are directed to contact the applicable carrier to initiate an investigation.
International Customs & Duties. Customers shipping to addresses outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Rose Forever shall not be held liable for delays arising from customs clearance processes.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
All sales made through Rose Forever are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed and are evaluated exclusively on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Rose Forever. Customers seeking to initiate a return or exchange are directed to contact Rose Forever at help@roseforever.com for review. Rose Forever reserves the right to approve or deny any such request without obligation.
Order Cancellations. Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Rose Forever at help@roseforever.com within two (2) hours of order placement. Cancellation requests submitted after two (2) hours from the time of purchase will not be honored. Orders that have been processed, fulfilled, or are in a ready-to-ship or shipped status are ineligible for cancellation regardless of the time elapsed since placement.
